Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment
If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same report, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction. -
Technical Error
If a report is not delivered due to a technical malfunction, we will either resend the report or issue a refund. -
Incorrect Delivery
If the user receives a report that clearly does not match the details they entered, we will correct and resend the proper report at no additional cost. Refunds may be granted if the corrected report cannot be delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect birth details provided by the user
• Dissatisfaction based on interpretation style or expectations
• Completed and delivered reports that match the submitted information
To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 3 days of purchase and provide order details. All refund decisions will be reviewed fairly and processed within a reasonable time frame.
