VedicWhisper provides digital astrology services, including Kundli analysis, compatibility reports, and personalized guidance. Since our services are delivered digitally and are customized based on the information provided by users, they are non-returnable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services:

• Once a report, prediction, or consultation has been generated or delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or interpretation outcomes.

3. Technical Errors

If you experience:

• Duplicate payment
• Failed transaction with deducted amount
• Report not generated due to technical issues

Please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Incorrect Information Provided

Users are responsible for entering accurate birth details and other required information. VedicWhisper will not be responsible for inaccuracies in reports resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.

Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
